Prices
The contract of sale is based on the prices of our actual price list.
They are direct sale prices including VAT (please ask about the price lists of Not-EU-countries / Oversea without VAT) from headquarter, but excluding packing, transport insurance and postage charged at cost price.

Payment conditions
The promised delivery time is kept wherever possible.
Claims for compensation because of late delivery are however out of the question.
The delivery in the inland is made against prepayment or cash on delivery..
Deliveries in other countries are in principle only made against prepayment or cash on delivery.
In case of pick-up the goods are only handed out against full payment in German currency.

Shipment
Shipment is made by post, DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst) or haulage firm (Kühne & Nagel) at the risk of receiver.
Damaged shipments can only be accepted after correct ascertainment of loss by the forwarding agent.

Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing within 8 days after the reception of goods. Any deficiencies which are demonstrably caused by material or processing defects will be checked by us and removed or an appropriate spare part will be delivered.
We don't accept any warranty for the goods delivered to be perfectly suited for the customer's intended use and any liability for property damage or personal injuries caused by the use or processing of our products, because use and processing cannot be checked by us.

Retention of Property
The goods remain our exclusive property until full payment.

Patent Rights
We reserve the copyright of our constructions and products.
In case of pirated copies or the transfer of the goods to third parties for this purpose, even in case of slightest modifications, a penalty of at least 20 times of the product's price is considered to be agree, independent of any further court decision.

Place of Performance and Place of Jurisdiction
The place of performance and of jurisdiction is Lebach for all deliveries and payments. The contract is based on German law.
